The top of a basalt hill named Plešivec with an altitude of 1.028 m is dominated by a mountain hotel of the same name. There are stylish and comfortable guest rooms along with our two-bedroom apartments ready for your stays. From each of them you will be able to see the beauty of the Ore Mountains and its foothills too. When the sunbeams wake you up in the morning, the first you'll see will be villages in the distance nestled in the surrounding mountain landscape.
In our hotel there is a restaurant decorated in a nice mountain style, where, in addition to our delicious dishes, you will also find a roofed outside seating allowing you lookouts to the beautiful countryside.
The 16 meter high observation tower which dates back to 1895 is another inseparable part of our hotel. After climbing its 66 stairs you will be rewarded with an exceptional view of Abertamy and its surroundings. During the cooler days you can enjoy a warm cup of tea or to refresh yourself with a chilled drink in our restaurant, which is located directly at the first step of the stairway leading to the top of the tower.
The hotel will be open daily from December 1, 2025, through the winter season and Easter, until April 6, 2026.
We will then be closed until the end of April and look forward to welcoming you again starting May 1, 2026!
